We are seeking a dynamic, scrappy, problem solver to elevate our Beecher's Operations team. We need someone who can achieve remarkable results with limited resources. As a collaborative leader, you will enhance fulfillment and operational procedures to elevate customer satisfaction while reducing costs and errors. Your analytical and results oriented approach will be instrumental in managing Production Planning, Demand & Supply Forecasting, as well as Sourcing & Procurement of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods, enabling us to meet ever-changing market demands. In addition, you will oversee the distribution of Beecher’s products across multiple third-party warehouses as well as collaborate with various co-manufacturers & co-packers.

Responsibilities:
• Manage Beecher’s Operations team to improve Beecher’s overall Supply Chain & Distribution.
• Supervise inventory flow for multiple 3rd party warehouses to achieve high OTIF score & maximize efficient fulfillment.
• Refine and strengthen our forecast and inventory management tools. Partner with IT to source and implement new systems
• Seek opportunities for cost-improvements with better inventory allocations, shorter lead-times, and improved inventory turnover and more efficient trucking/logistics.
• Work cross-functionally with internal teams to use market trends & sales data for long-term inventory and supply planning.
• Collaborate with outside vendors for outsourced production and coordinated movements of materials (Raw, WIP, FG, PKG etc.)
• Work with Innovations and R&D team to support New Product Initiatives (NPIs) as well as core-portfolio demand growth initiatives.

Requirements:
• 8+ years’ experience in Operations field, preferably at consumer package goods company (CPG).
• Bachelor’s Degree required (Business Operations / Supply Chain a plus).
• Experience in Inventory Management, Demand Planning & Forecasting for multiple product lines.
• Experience working within a customer focused, high-growth and extremely dynamic entrepreneurial company.
• Must have excellent people & time management skills and possess the ability to work well with multiple teams.
• Expertise in using MRP/ ERP based tools (Microsoft GP preferred) as well as knowledge of SQL/Excel/Power BI & other data analysis tools.
• Strong quantitative planning, data analysis and problem-solving skills, being decisive and action oriented is a huge plus.
• Experience managing and building relationships with 3PL’s and Co-Manufacturers.
• Robust understanding of perishable Inventory Management and Food Safety practices a plus

Compensation & Benefits:
At Sugar Mountain, we provide competitive compensation and benefits. The starting salary range for this position is between $120,000 - $140,000 per year, plus an annual bonus plan. Actual compensation will be determined by skills, experience, and relevant education or training. We pay 100% of your medical, dental, vision, and life insurance premiums. Additionally, we offer paid time-off, paid holidays, and a 401(k) plan with a company match.
